Seth M. Bostock

Chief Executive Officer

Seth is responsible for guiding IndependenceIT's overall business operations and strategy. Under his leadership, IndependenceIT drove 2015 growth more than 250 percent with major new partners joining the company's channel ecosystem. Seth has led the development, launch and growth of Cloud Workspace® Suite, IndependenceIT’s flagship platform. He is a results-driven executive with experience in delivering business value through a pragmatic process. Additionally, he has an extensive background designing and implementing business improvement strategies that enhance corporate performance.

Seth's work has led to Gartner recognizing IndependenceIT as a "Cool Vendor" in the category of infrastructure services and top industry publication CRN recognizing IndependenceIT as paving the way for the future of the managed services. Seth has also been recognized as one of the "100 industry people you should know" and was also named a Channel Chief by CRN.

Chip Buck

Founder & CTO

Chip Buck is the original architect of IndependenceIT's service model and technology platform. He co-founded the company in 1999 around an innovative, revolutionary concept – providing remote desktop hosting to businesses.

Chip has guided IndependenceIT's technological roadmap from the start and was critical in the creation of the Cloud Workspace Suite, IndependenceIT's successful cloud-based IT services solution.

Chip has more than twenty years of experience in executive management, entrepreneurship and information systems consulting. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Muhlenberg College and a Master of Science in information assurance from Norwich University.

Mark Prestipino

COO

A veteran of the software industry, Mark Prestipino brings more than 30 years of experience in global operations, organizational development, and quality control. In his role as COO, he oversees the company’s operational strategy and business growth.

Mark has successfully managed companies at all stages of development in both public and private markets, and has an extensive track record of building strong teams, channels, and partnerships.

Michael Walsh

EVP of Product and Engineering

Michael Walsh is executive vice president of products and engineering at IndependenceIT. Previously, he served as chief information officer of OmniEarth where he managed engineering and product development. In his position at IndependenceIT, Mike will be responsible for strategic product development.

Mike has also served as a vice president of product management at IRISmaps, Envista, and smartea.ms Inc. (formerly Anagraph Medical Solutions). Other past positions include director of information technology at ApplQ and chief information officer at Revit Technology Corporation.
